Cancellations and returns
We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. If production is cancelled or reduced and we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the unfulfilled item in full.

Payments
Full payment is normally collected when you order. Eligible pre-orders offer a 10% deposit by credit card, with the balance charged automatically on the scheduled payment date, normally the 5th of the expected dispatch month. Delivery timing and the collection date may change. Check the payment option shown before ordering.
For items with different dispatch dates, all outstanding balances are charged on the earliest scheduled payment date. When full-payment and deposit items are ordered together, the full-payment amount plus the deposit is charged at checkout; the balance is charged later.
