This vest combines tulle lace and a knit-like cut-and-sew top.
Ribbon tulle can easily be sweet, but we've added a bit of spice with the reverse zipper, making this a vest that's easy for adults to wear.
The back is a clean cut-and-sew top that is easy to wear.
